About the product

PlusPort is a company helping organizations manage the learning & development activities of their employees. The main tool to achieve this is an in-house built Learning Management System / Learning Experience Platform (LMS/LXP). It is 100% suitable for Learning & Development needs for organizations of all sizes, but also for training institutes and providers that want to automatically increase their training offer online.

PlusPort LMS/LXP has over 1 million active users in organizations. The system helps organizations with their learning needs, recording compliance, rolling out, and providing all kinds of content, such as videos, e-books, PDFs, and e-learning. PlusPort LMS/LXP integrates seamlessly with many applications and external services.

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in SOLID principles.
• Proficiency in the C# programming language.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.

Technology stack:

• C#, MS SQL, VB.NET, Entity Framework.

Your qualifications:

• Higher education level (HBO or above) in thinking and working.
• At least 3 years of relevant C# development experience.
• A professional and committed attitude.
• Proactive mindset and strong analytical abilities that ensure quality output.
• Passionate about technology with a customer-first mindset.
• A sense of responsibility for the final product, not limited to your own area of expertise.
• A continuous learner who is open to new developments.
• Collaborative mindset, contributing to team discussions.
• Socially adept and entrepreneurial: you enjoy being an engaging colleague and participating in group activities!
