Jeugdbescherming West is committed to the safety and development of children in vulnerable situations. From various branches in the Haaglanden and Zuid-Holland Zuid region, the organization works intensively with families and chain partners. Employee development plays an important role - supported by an LMS that makes learning accessible, recognizable and effective.

The Challenge

As an organization with a social task, Jeugdbescherming West wanted to better support its employees in their development. The need arose for a central system that provided an overview, automated communication around training and was recognizable for employees. User-friendliness and efficiency were paramount.

The Solution

On the advice of PlusPort, Jeugdbescherming West decided to revamp the existing LMS/LXP. The new homepage matches the corporate identity and feels familiar. A frequently asked questions page has also been set up and communication around training is now fully automated.
