The Challenge
As an organization with a social task, Jeugdbescherming West wanted to better support its employees in their development. The need arose for a central system that provided an overview, automated communication around training and was recognizable for employees. User-friendliness and efficiency were paramount.
The Solution
On the advice of PlusPort, Jeugdbescherming West decided to revamp the existing LMS/LXP. The new homepage matches the corporate identity and feels familiar. Nelleke Huizing, HR advisor: "Based on the quick scan we optimized the system. Employees can now easily check what supporting documents they have and what is still needed." A frequently asked questions page has also been set up and communication around training is now fully automated.
The result
Since the revamp, Youth Protection West has been working more efficiently. Employees have insight into their learning path and can navigate more easily. HR has quick reports and a better overview. The LMS/LXP is not only a training platform, but also a central tool for the personal and professional development of employees.
