At Plusport By Visma, we treat each other informally. Our weekly meeting isn't called the family call for nothing! We're like one big family. That's why we have lunch together at the long lunch table. Every day we get fresh bread, from the best bakery in Zoetermeer, and the fridge is well stocked with goodies. Do you work at the office? Then join us. Do you prefer to work from home? No problem, of course!
We provide a good atmosphere and open communication. Both points are very important to us because they ensure that we easily make contact with each other. This allows us to quickly connect with each other and our clients. I'm sure there are very interesting terms for that but we just call it smart cooperation.
The freedom to be yourself. We think it's important that everyone can be themselves and feel comfortable with us. At work you have to be able to be yourself, after all, you spend a lot of time there, and it is nice if you feel good about yourself. Continuing to develop yourself is an important part of this. At Visma PlusPort, continuing to learn and develop is not only important for our customers but also for ourselves. Do you need substantive knowledge for your job or do you want to develop yourself further? Then of course you get space and budget for that.
With us, the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Besides serious work and discussing important matters, we like to laugh together. We also seek each other's company outside working hours. There are sporty colleagues who go cycling or supping together. If you're not into sports, you can join us for a drink. What you certainly don't want to miss are our famous quiz nights. Our quizmaster Martin makes the best quizzes that guarantee a very enjoyable evening!
