What do we think is important?

Like our clients, we think our own culture in which curiosity and continuous learning are central is super important. Therefore, the motto of many colleagues is not for nothing 'every day a step better'.

Oh yeah: and we love organizing lots of fun (🎉 ) activities to celebrate success and learn from our mistakes.

You will also receive an annual training budget that you can spend in various ways.

How are we working on sustainability?

At PlusPort, we work on sustainability not because we have to, but because we want to.

Our initiatives range from volunteering, wellness and diversity and a workplace that welcomes everyone, for example.

We believe that everyone should be able to be completely themselves at PlusPort: Diversity is not just about gender, ethnicity or sexual orientation. It is also about our individual qualities that give us different perspectives and opinions, such as age, life experience, faith, education, physical and mental abilities.
