The Challenge

For an accurate and certified process, Eurofins Analytico always needed to know exactly which employee was authorized for which test. That information was previously tracked in a bulky Excel sheet. While that worked, it required a lot of manual review and was difficult to quickly change. The desire arose to make this process more efficient and future-proof.

The Solution

Eurofins chose PlusPort's LMS/LXP to digitize this process. In three phases - data collection, workshops and a pilot - the system was successfully rolled out.
